Advanced Technology Services is currently seeking a talented Employee Communications Specialist to develop and deliver its key messages to its employees around the world.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement programs to effectively communicate the company's key messages to the employee population
* Support cultural and organizational change initiative and work to build employee awareness and commitment to the organization's vision
* Provide content and monitor the company's social networking sites
* Write and edit articles for publication under tight deadlines
* Write and edit executive correspondences/presentations
* Edit internal documents
* Develop and give presentations on various Human Resources topics to employees at various levels of the organization
* Work directly with the Marketing Department and outside vendors to promote ATS initiatives
Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, journalism or public relations
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
Strong writing and presentation skills
Successful experience developing and/or executing communications strategies
Experience in social networking and sharepoint, preferred
