Title: Maintenance Technician II
Location: PA-Washingtonville

ATS has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities will include:

* Ability to work SAFELY by following policies and procedures in an industrial environment
* Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical equipment in an industrial setting
* Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance in a team atmosphere
* Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic, and piping diagrams
* Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic, and piping diagrams
* Ability to research parts, drawings, diagrams and schematics
* PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
* Able to work alone and in a team environment.
* Effective communications stills are required
* Personal Computer (PC) skills are desired
* CNC/NC machine tool experience is a plus
* Machine rebuild, HVAC, welding, cutting, and fitting experience is a plus
* Machine leveling, alignment, and installation is a plus
* Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
* Experience using calipers, indicators, micrometers, multimeters, O-scope, etc .is a plus
* Ability to use shop equipment: such as sanders, drill press, mills, lathe, surface grinder, press break, shear, crane, forklift, etc. is a plus
* Air compressors and balancing compressed air systems is a plus
* Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement processes is a plus

High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree from a college or technical school preferred
