Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

Sales Team Development

· Develop and Manage the Sales Training Program

· Develop Sales Career Path Framework

· Organize and Facilitate Bi-Annual Sales Meetings

· Manage the Sales Internship Program

· Develop New Sales Employee Onboarding Processes

Sales Administrative Support

· Manage Sales Expense Approval Process

· Administer and Track Sales Compensation Plans, Collaborating with Sales Leadership and HR/Compensation

Sales - Marketing Interface

· Coordinate Marketing & Sales Alignment

· Provide Sales Support for New Product Positioning

· Ensure Consistency with Sales Materials, Presentation Templates, Formats, etc.

· Distribute and Track Marketing Qualified Leads with the Sales Team

· Support the Development of Account Based Marketing

· Manage Salesforce.com Activity Report and Resulting Actions

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

· Bachelor’s degree and 8 + years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and programs, translating them into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan

· Keen ability to drive change: to transform, align and inspire in a fast-paced environment

· Agile leader and learner

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders across an organization

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
