Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

· Coordinates and completes the logistics of sending and receiving customer equipment and/or parts data.

· Locates and acquires equipment and parts data from websites, manuals, and databases.

· Enters parts and equipment data into tracking databases.

· Generates reports and metrics for performance tracking.

· Assists with cycle counts and physical inventory.

· Adheres to company/customer safety procedures.

· May interface with the Customer at the site to ensure customer service.

· May deliver equipment and run errands for site.

· May pick up and/or disburse inventory, equipment and parts.

· Continually improves processes; quantitatively monitors processes. Completes required quality core classes and uses skills and techniques presented. Uses The Core Values in work environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and have a good driving record.

· Ability to: read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.
