Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Works through Sales and Operations leaders to address needs of the business.
  • Designs and delivers enablement programs.
  • Facilitates distance-based training.
  • Supports the ongoing maintenance of the sales infrastructure relating to information/reporting systems, communication, and information sharing.
  • Drives consistent adoption and compliance in usage of tools including Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
  • Supports talent management through building scripts, role-playing, and other activities that fill skill gaps.
  • Prepares training manuals, materials, and programs.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience, including any additional sales training courses. 
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Sales and presentation skills. 
  • Strong verbal, written, training and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High-level of professionalism, assertiveness, creativeness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Coaching skills. 
  • Quick to respond to challenges with recommendations for the best course of action. 

Desirable KSAs:

  • Successful experience consulting with multiple levels of management.
  • Able to effectively build relationships by establishing trust, credibility and adding value quickly.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:                                          

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear.  The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional use of other office equipment.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds.  The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision.  Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
